Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Applisum Marketing System. By registering for an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our system.

2. What Applisum Does

Applisum is a lead generation system that helps small businesses run paid advertising campaigns and track inquiries. We provide tools for content creation, campaign management, and lead counting across 4 marketing channels: Website (your primary owned asset), Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

If you are a Hands-Off customer, you authorize your assigned Channel Manager to access and manage your linked channels on your behalf.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: Your first 7 days are free. After the trial period, you will be charged monthly.

Pricing: Pricing is per channel. Hands-On customers pay from R450/month for the first channel, with discounts for additional channels (all 4 channels: R1,200/month with 20% discount). Hands-Off customers pay from R850/month for the first channel, with discounts for additional channels (all 4 channels: R2,170/month with 30% discount). These prices include access to all 467 tools.

Ad Spend: When you run paid advertisements on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google, you pay those platforms directly. This is separate from your Applisum subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Channel Linking

To use Applisum effectively, you must link your marketing channels using OAuth authentication. When you link a channel, you grant Applisum permission to:

• Read analytics data from your channels
• Post content on your behalf (with your approval)
• Access performance metrics and audience insights
• Manage advertising campaigns you create through our system

You can revoke channel access at any time through your dashboard or through the platform's settings (Facebook, Google, etc.).

6. What We Promise

• Access to all 467 marketing tools with no features locked behind upgrades
• Guidance through our 6-pathway, 58-step system
• Lead counting and tracking for campaigns you run
• Intelligent content creation tools
• For Hands-Off customers: A dedicated Channel Manager

7. What We Don't Promise

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads from your campaigns
• That leads will convert into paying customers
• Specific return on your advertising investment
• That third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) will approve your ads

Marketing results depend on many factors including your industry, location, budget, and how you respond to leads. We provide the tools; you run your business.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Applisum for:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal products/services
• Spam, harassment, or misleading advertising
• Violating the terms of Facebook, Google, or Instagram
• Accessing other users' data without authorization

9. Data and Ownership

Your Content: You own the content you create using our tools. However, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content as needed to provide the service.

Analytics Data: Data we collect about your campaign performance, leads, and channel metrics is used to improve our service. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and product development.

10. Limitation of Liability

Applisum is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Applisum after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
